Boeing D6-85182 General Electrical Qualification Tests

With its expert team and technological infrastructure in electrical tests, EUROLAB; In conjunction with the relevant LRU-specific template, the Boeing D6-85182 provides detailed testing procedures for environmentally qualified components to be installed on Boeing aircraft. This electrical qualification test procedure describes the various test procedures to be used for the qualification of electrical components installed on Boeing aircraft. This procedure will be provided by Boeing at the Initial Technical Coordination Meeting (ITCM).

Boeing D6-85182 General Electrical Qualification Tests

The Boeing D6-85182 is used with the LRU-specific environmental proficiency test template. This template will be provided by Boeing at the First Technical Coordination Meeting (ITCM).

Boeing D6-85182 includes all procedures that do not change regardless of the LRU being tested. The LRU-specific environmental template is used to document things that change (for example, test setups and operating modes) depending on what type of LRU is being tested, what types of operating modes are available, and so on.

Each of the test heads indicates whether the test in question is adequate for the 787 or non 787 or Combined non 787/787. For example, if the part is only installed on a 787, only tests with "787" in the title should be run. Only tests with “Combined 787/non-787” should be performed if both 787 and non-787 are to be installed. "Combined 787/non-787" refers to the strictest requirements of 787 or non-787 requirements.

EUROLAB Laboratory assists manufacturers who require testing for the Boeing D6-85182.
