NASA EEE INST-002 Parts Selection - Testing for Qualification and Depreciation Instructions

The purpose of this standard is to establish basic criteria for the selection, screening, qualification and depreciation of EEE parts for use in NASA GSFC spaceflight projects. This standard will provide a mechanism to ensure that appropriate parts are used in the manufacture of space equipment to meet mission reliability targets within budgetary constraints.
