EUROLAB Laboratory performs impact tests of ISO 6772 hydraulic hoses, pipes and connection assemblies as accredited.
In Eurolab test equipment, the test bench allows testing quick couplings or other hydraulic components according to the following norms:
Square wave pulses: SAE J 343, ISO 6803, ISO 6605
Peak pulses: ISO 6772
Test with slewing manifold: ISO 6802
Free programmable waveform up to 20 points
The purpose of the test is to verify the resistance of the couplings to compressive stresses as specified in the specified standards. The bench allows you to apply thermal stresses to the components under test, with the possibility to set the temperature inside the test chamber from -40 °C to + 150 °C. The tests are completed by using thermal stress on the tested components and oils whose temperature can vary between -40°C and +150°C.
