EUROLAB laboratory provides testing and compliance services within the scope of EN 2591-304 standard. This standard specifies a method for evaluating the ability of fasteners to store and function under steady-state moist heat conditions. To be used in conjunction with EN 2591.
Samples should be placed in the test chamber in the specified conditions. Care must be taken not to form water droplets on the samples; this can be done by pre-warming the samples to the temperature specified for the room.
A polarizing voltage should be applied continuously to two of the samples during the test. Alternative contacts will be interconnected to form two groups, one containing even contacts and the second containing odd contacts.
