EUROLAB laboratory provides testing and compliance services within the scope of EN 2591-417 standard. This standard covers the method for determining the tensile strength of crimped joints used in electrical and optical fasteners.
Samples will be tested individually. The load should be applied along the sample axis at a constant rate between 25 mm/min and 50 mm/min and increased until the conductor pulls or breaks.
The breaking or tensile force of the conductor should not be below the specified value. Movement of the conductor should not be observed below the specified minimum value.
