Specific qualitative and quantitative requirements to be free from biohazards are not included in this document, but it is recommended to refer to ISO 10993-1 and ISO 7405 when assessing potential biological or toxicological hazards.
This requirement is not designed to disallow the margins of restorations or margins specifically designed to simulate enamel defects found in natural teeth.
