Likewise, an exception has been made for Production Centers and Logistics Centers installed on low-specification roads to move around without limiting their distance and affecting operating costs.
In addition, dual trailer units must have equipment that contributes to safety, including technologies such as GPS, ABS brakes, auxiliary engine braking or retarder or frictionless braking.
