This test method is applicable to all materials/parts where wear performance is required and must be tested.
Test facilities and equipment will be in good working order and have a valid calibration label.
Alternative testing facilities and equipment may also be used. However, all measurement variables specified in this standard will be accurately determined by their physical definition.
