This material is used for the Engine Cover, Center Cover and other injection molded Under Hood parts and is specified in the Engineering Drawings.

Parts using this material will comply with all the requirements of the relevant assembly performance specification. The chemical composition and processing condition that may affect the quality of the parts shall not be changed inappropriately. Before changing the chemical composition of the material, it is obligatory to consult with the department that has the authority to regulate the specification.

Final parts made from this material shall be free from defects, uneven gloss, burn marks, warpage, silver streaks, cracks, uneven color, flow marks, weld lines, dent marks, or other defects.

The standard condition of the laboratory is 23 ± 2 °C and 50% ± 5 RH. The standard condition of the test sample should be maintained at 23 ± 2 °C and 30% ± 5% RH for at least 24 hours after the samples are made.

The test report for each test item including FT-IR, TGA and DSC will be available to the relevant materials team and quality control departments. Test report will be provided when material and suppliers are changed.
