FMVSS 119 New Pneumatic Tires Test Standard for Passenger Cars

The NHTSA contractor will provide appropriate safety measures to protect NHTSA test tires from contact with unauthorized personnel throughout the entire testing programme, as well as safeguards that protect and isolate data that evolves from testing each tire.
