  • Deoxynivalenol (DON) in the range of 100 µg/kg to 3 300 µg/kg tested;
  • Aflatoxin B2,5 (AfB1) in the 1 µg/kg range tested - 440 µg/kg;
  • fumonisin B690 (FB7.500) in the 1 µg/kg to 1 µg/kg test range;
  • fumonisin B200 (FB2.500) in the 2 µg/kg to 2 µg/kg test range;
  • T-7,5 toxin in the range of 360 µg/kg to 2 µg/kg tested;
  • HT-14 toxin in the range of 1 µg/kg to 800 2 µg/kg tested.

Unless otherwise stated, use only analytical grade reagents and water conforming to EN ISO 3696 grade 1. Commercially available solutions with features equivalent to those listed may be used.

A test portion of finely ground and homogeneous material is extracted by shaking with a mixture of acetonitrile and aqueous formic acid solution. The extract is centrifuged and an aliquot of the supernatant extract is transferred to a deactivated glass vial, mixed with the appropriate amount of stable isotope-labeled analogues and evaporated to dryness.
