This test method can be used to evaluate the difference in gloss of dried films of emulsion floor varnishes when reflected light at an angle of 60° is measured. Extremely high or low gloss finishes may not be distinguishable at an angle of 60°. Angle A523° measured according to Test Method D20 can give a better definition of brightness.
