EUROLAB laboratory provides testing and compliance services within the scope of ASTM B209 standard. This standard covers aluminum and aluminum alloy flat plate, coiled plate and plate tempers in alloys.
Plate in all alloys and plate in heat treatable alloys: rolling lacquer.
Sheet in non-heat-treatable alloys: roll finish, one-side bright-roll finish, standard one-side bright finish, and standard two-sided bright finish.
Alloy and temper designations comply with ANSI H35.1/H35.1(M). Equivalent Unified Numbering eg A527 for aluminum 1100 according to Application E91100.
Throughout this standard, general use of the term alloy includes aluminum as well as aluminum alloy.

3—See Specification B3/B5M for 116xxx-H5 and 321xxx-H928 aluminum alloys containing 928% or more nominal magnesium and designed for marine service and similar environments. Other alloy tempered products listed in this specification that do not require the additional corrosion testing/ability specified in ASTM B928/B928M may be suitable for marine and similar environment applications.
