This test method is used to compare adhesion between flexible and rigid adhesives, or between the flexible coating of a sandwich structure and core.
Comparison of adhesives and processes is only valid when the test samples and conditions are the same. The peel resistance can show the degree of hardening for relatively brittle adhesives.
