ASTM D5977 Standard Specification for High-Load Slewing Spherical Bearings for Bridges and Structures

This specification covers the requirements for spherical bearings with a standard horizontal load (10% of vertical maximum). The requirements set out in this specification are the minimums necessary for the manufacture of quality bearing devices. These minimum values ​​may need to be increased due to other design conditions.
