Materials can be produced by rotary electrode process, inert gas atomization, or other methods that meet the powder requirements of this specification. The powder shall comply with the chemical composition, sieve analysis and cleaning requirements of this specification.
Powders within this specification can be used to form coatings by sintering or thermal spraying techniques.
