ASTM F961-08 Standard Specification for 35 Cobalt-35 Nickel-20 Chromium-10 Molybdenum Alloy Forgings for Surgical Implants

This specification covers requirements for the forged alloy 35cobalt-35nickel-20chromium-10molybdenum (UNS R30035) used in the manufacture of surgical implants.

Material covered herein shall be in the form of bars, sheets, sheets or wire manufactured in the solution annealed condition with a finish suitable for forging, pressing, rolling, extrusion or pile forging.
