ISO 10256-4 Head and Face Protection Equipment Test for Goalkeepers in Ice Hockey

Types D1 and D2 protectors are subject to hockey stick blade penetration resistance requirements across all coverage areas. Type D3 protectors are subject to hockey puck puncture resistance requirements within the protected area of ​​the face and hockey stick blade puncture resistance requirements over the protected area of ​​the head. Type D3 protectors are recommended for use only by players aged 18 and over.
