DEF STAN 07-55 Environmental Testing of Service Material

EUROLAB laboratory provides testing and compliance services within the scope of DEF STAN 07-55 standard. This standard covers environmental testing of service materials.

Alphatech's Environmental Test Facility can support its Client's development engineering community. The facility can evaluate product design by participating in design reviews and perform environmental, mechanical and electrical tests. A product's performance is extensively evaluated during Design Verification (DV) testing.

After the Product Design Verification phase, further support can be given to the customer by performing a Process Verification test with the product produced on the Customer's own production line or at an outsourced manufacturing facility.

This can be accomplished by a series of tests as previously stated or by the use of High Accelerated Stress Screening “HASS” techniques. This verifies that the Customer's equipment is capable of producing the product without producing manufacturing defects that would otherwise escape into the field.
