Responsibility for each stage in an I&HAS procurement, design, installation, commissioning and handover process should be clearly defined and agreed upon between the parties involved.
Persons responsible for risk assessment and design, installation planning, system installation, maintenance and repair of I&HAS should have the necessary training and experience.
