After testing and to avoid the effects of moisture, dust from matched samples should be removed by shaking, wiping or brushing, without using blowers or suction tools to remove dust penetrating the samples. Recovery time should be based on the time it takes for samples to reach room temperature.

Final measurements will be made as specified in the detail specification. Samples will be subjected to Test 13a: Binding and Separation Forces, the value of the initial separation should be measured.
