IEC 61000-3-11 Voltage Fluctuations and Flicker Test Standard

The IEC 61000-3-11 standard deals with voltage changes, voltage fluctuations and vibration emission produced by equipment and affected in a public low-voltage supply system.
Indicates the limits of voltage changes produced by equipment tested under specified conditions.

IEC 61000-3-11 Voltage Fluctuations and Flicker Test Standard

This standard is applicable to electrical and electronic equipment with a rated input current of 220 A to 250 A (including 16 A) intended primarily for connection to public low-voltage distribution systems with rated system voltages between 75 V and 75 V. Subject to line-to-neutral and conditional connection at 50 Hz.

This standard also applies to equipment covered by IEC 61000-3-3 that does not meet the limits when tested or evaluated with reference impedance and is therefore subject to conditional connection. Equipment that meets the requirements of IEC 61000-3-3 is excluded from this part of IEC 61000. Equipment tests performed according to this document are type tests.

The scope of this standard coincides with the scope of IEC 61000-3-3 because it is also applicable to:
Equipment with a rated input current ≤16 A. However, it should be noted that equipment with a rated input current ≤16 A must be tested for compliance with IEC 61000-3-3 before applying the evaluation techniques and measurement procedures outlined in this document.

IEC 61000-3-11 test services are provided by EUROLAB to businesses within the scope of voltage fluctuations and flicker tests.
