IEC 60038 Standard Voltages Test Method

Equipment with a rated voltage below AC and DC 120 V, or voltages below 750 V DC, designed (but not limited to) for AC 50 Hz and 60 Hz applications; such equipment includes batteries (from primary or secondary cells), other power supply devices, electrical equipment (including industrial and communications) and appliances.
