Also known as electric double-layer capacitors, ultracapacitors, double-layer capacitors or supercapacitors, these energy storage capacitors consist of single capacitors or multiple series or parallel connected capacitors with or without their respective circuits.
These requirements do not cover electrochemical capacitors for use in hazardous (Classified) locations.
