This part of IEC 62391 specifies standard terms, inspection procedures, and test methods for use in cross-sectional and detailed specifications of electronic components for quality assessment or any other purpose.
The section or blind detail specification shall specify the tests to be performed, which measurements or subgroups of tests shall be made before and after each test, and the order in which they are performed. The stages of each test should be done in the written order. The measurement conditions will be the same for the first and last measurements.
