Military specifications are carried out in a 3-year program by a test laboratory with a proficiency test approved, and compliance with military specifications is done monthly.

Regarding PCB testing according to IPC standards, there is currently no program required for proficiency testing. This test is recommended when a new supplier is used or when one step of the manufacturing process is changed. The suitability test is done periodically by product class (quarterly for Class 2, monthly for Class 3). Acceptance test will be done for each batch.
