ETSI EN 300 220-1 Electromagnetic Compatibility and Radio Spectrum Issues (ERM) - Part 1: Technical Specifications and Test Methods

Where applicable, each equipment submitted for testing should meet the requirements of this document at all frequencies it is intended to operate on.

If equipment is designed to operate at different carrier powers, measurements of each transmitter parameter should be performed at the highest power level the transmitter is intended to operate at.
