IEC 61000-4-21 Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC), Part 4-21: Test and Measurement Techniques, Echo Chamber Test Standard

IEC 61000-4-21 is not intended to specify tests to be applied to a particular apparatus or system. Its main purpose is to provide a general baseline reference to all relevant product committees of the IEC. Product committees should select emission limits and test methods in consultation with CISPR. Product committees remain responsible for the appropriate selection of immunoassays and the limits of immunoassays applicable to their equipment.
