IEC EN 62341-1-1 Organic Light Emitting Diode (OLED) Displays - Part 1-1: General Specifications

EUROLAB, with its state-of-the-art accredited laboratories and expert team, provides precise and fast testing services within the scope of IEC EN 62341-1-1 test. IEC EN 62341-1-1 is a general specification for organic light-emitting diode (OLED) displays. It defines the general procedures for quality assessment to be used in the IECQ System and establishes general rules for electrical and optical measurements, environmental and mechanical tests, and durability tests.

IEC EN 62341-1-1 Organic Light Emitting Diode (OLED) Displays - Part 1-1: General Specifications

When the detail specification requires, all devices in the lot will be scanned by subjecting them to one of the sequences given in the relevant section or raw detail specification and all defects will be removed. Other sequences not specified in this standard are valid only where the above sequences are not related to or in conflict with the failure mechanisms. When part of the screening process given in the section or blank detail specification forms part of the manufacturing process in the prescribed order, these procedures do not need to be repeated.

This group determines the procedure to be used to evaluate certain additional features of the device and includes mechanical, environmental and durability tests that can normally be performed within one week or as specified in the relevant section or blank detail specification.

If any device is believed to have failed as a result of faulty test equipment or operator error, the failure will be recorded in the test record (but may be excluded from the CRRL in agreement with the NSI) and presented with a complete description. The lead inspector will decide whether backup devices from the same inspection lot can be added to the sample. Replacement devices shall be subjected to the same tests as discarded devices prior to failure and the remaining specified tests where discarded devices were not subjected prior to failure.

Endurance tests performed on devices at or within their maximum degrees will be considered non-destructive. If the LTPD sampling procedure does not comply with the sampling requirement, the test time, acceptance criteria and the procedure to be used will be specified in the detail specification. Durability tests will be specified in the relevant specification.
