EUROLAB, with its state-of-the-art accredited laboratories and expert team, provides precise and fast testing services within the scope of IEC EN 62341-5-3 testing. IEC EN 62341-5-3 specifies standard measurement methods for determining the image adhesion and lifespan of organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display panels and modules, excluding final display products for end customers such as TV sets, monitor sets and mobile devices. The measurement method for the service life mainly applies to modules.
This edition includes the following important technical changes from the previous edition:
Standard measurement ambient conditions specified in IEC EN 62341-6-1 will be applied. For image adhesion measurements, the ambient temperature should be controlled as 25°C ± 3°C, otherwise a temperature-controlled detector should be used. (The stability of the LMD will be less than 1/5 of the intended brightness and color perception difference levels.)
Warm-up time is defined as the time from the moment the supply voltage is turned on until repeated measurements of the display show a change in brightness of less than 2%/min. Repeated measurements should be made for a period of at least 15 minutes after starting. The brightness changes during the total measurement should also not exceed 5%.
