EUROLAB laboratory provides testing and compliance services within the scope of SAE J1401 standard. This standard specifies performance tests and requirements for hydraulic brake hose assemblies used in a road vehicle's hydraulic braking system.
It also specifies the methods used to identify the hose manufacturer.
This standard applies to brake hose assemblies made of yarn and a hose made of natural or synthetic elastomers and combined with metal end fittings for use with non-petroleum based brake fluids as specified in SAE J1703, SAE J1704 and SAE J1705.
