Spark Atomic emission vacuum spectrometer allows to detect and measure the alloy and residual chemical elements within the specified mass fraction ranges.
Test samples are ground and a capacitor discharge between the surface of the sample and an electrode is produced. Unloading is terminated at a predetermined intensity time integral of a selected anchor line or at a predetermined time and the relative radiant energies of the analytical lines are recorded. The absorption of radiation in this area by air is eliminated by evacuating the spectrometer and washing the spark chamber with argon. Normally, samples are exposed to more discharges at different points.
Our devices can detect the presence of different elements in various materials as follows:
The internal operating procedures for atomic emission vacuum spectrometric analysis of carbon and low alloy steels, stainless steels, cast irons, cobalt, nickel, titanium and alloys have been approved by the Italian accreditation agency (ACCREDIA).
