Method B high-level spray test: This can be applied to garments with spray-tight connections between different parts of the garment and, if applicable, between the garment and other PPE items, which cover the entire body surface and are intended for this purpose. should be worn when there is a risk of exposure to sprayed liquid particles.
This type of garment consists of one or more items that covers the entire surface of the body and is intended to be worn under conditions where there is a risk of exposure to a spray of a liquid chemical. An aqueous spray containing a fluorescent or visible dye tracer is directed at the chemical protective suit worn by a human test subject under controlled conditions. Examining the inner surface of the suit and the outer surface of the absorbent garment worn under the test suit will allow any points of infiltration to be identified.
