EN 15804 Construction Works - Testing of Construction Materials for Product Category

Evaluation of social and economic performances at the product level is not within the scope of this standard.

Core PCR defines the parameters to report and the way they are collated and reported. It defines which stages of a product's lifecycle are considered in the EPD and which processes are included in the lifecycle stages.

Defines the rules for the development of scenarios. It contains the rules for calculating the Lifecycle Inventory and Lifecycle Impact Assessment underlying the EPD, including a specification of the data quality to be applied.

Predetermined information, which includes rules for environmental and health reporting, defines the conditions under which construction products can be compared based on information provided by the EPD, not covered by the LCA for a product, construction process and, where necessary, construction service. For the EPD of construction services, the same rules and requirements apply as for the EPD of construction products.
