It also specifies signals to determine the peak brightness ratio, which is sometimes associated with television power consumption metering programs. Additionally, this section specifies equipment, interfaces, and accuracy associated with signal generation.
This first edition of EN 62087-1 together with EN 62087-3 and EN 62087-6 to EN 62087-2 cancels and replaces the entire IEC 62087. This edition constitutes a technical revision.
