Containers with wheels shall be constructed under test conditions according to EN 840-5 in such a way that the pushing and pulling forces to move the container do not exceed the values ​​given in EN 840-5. Push and pull forces should be specified in the operating instructions.

The two-wheeled container shall have handles for pulling, pushing and maneuvering the container allowing the operator to grasp it securely with both hands.

The four-wheel container shall have handles for pushing, pulling, maneuvering and lifting the container. Injuries caused by sharp edges should be avoided.
