The test rig consists of a frame on which the louver is mounted in a vertical position according to the manufacturer's installation instructions. It will allow the curtain to be locked when necessary. The frame shall be sufficiently rigid so that the energy absorbed during the impact does not change.
Unless specifically requested, test samples will be tested on receipt. Storage and testing should be done at (23 ± 5)°C temperature conditions.
The tests will be done on the face of the curtain that is likely to be exposed to the outside. In case of doubt, the test should be done on both sides.
