Consistent lubricants for the lubrication of roller bearings, plain bearings and sliding surfaces consisting of mineral oil or synthetic oil and a thickener. The addition of active ingredients or solid lubricants is allowed.

In order to reduce friction and wear in the mixed friction area or increase the load capacity, lubricating greases with active ingredients K are assigned the additional code letter P (lubricating greases KP) after passing the relevant test according to DIN 51350-5.
