EN 12666-1 Standard Test for Plastic Pipe Systems, Polyethylene (PE) for Unpressurized Underground Drainage and Sewage

This European standard is applicable to PE pipes with or without an integral socket. Fittings can be produced by injection molding or manufactured from pipes or moulds.

This European standard is applicable to PE pipes and fittings for the following connection types:

• Elastomeric o-ring connections;
• Forehead fused joints;
• Electrofusion joints;
• Mechanical joints.
