ISO 14644-4 Clean Rooms and Related Controlled Environments - Design, Construction and Commissioning

• User requirements are represented by the buyer or specifier;

• Process media and utilities are judged solely on their orientation between and within different cleaning zones;
• With regard to start-up and maintenance, only the requirements specific to clean room construction are taken into account.
