The thermal properties of textile materials depend on the physiological comfort of the user, the durability of the product, etc. contributes. Despite these needs, accurate and reliable information about the hygroscopic and exothermic properties of textiles cannot be presented due to the lack of a standard test method.
Exothermic and endothermic properties of textiles under changing environmental humidity conditions can be measured with this test method and apparatus proposed in this international standard.
