EN 12045 Electrically Operated Shutters - Test for Measurement of Transmitted Force

This European Standard also covers all significant hazards, hazardous situations and events where shutters and exterior blinds are used as intended and under conditions of misuse that can be reasonably foreseen by the manufacturer.

This European Standard covers exterior mounted blinds and exterior blinds. If such products are installed internally, they must meet all relevant safety requirements defined in EN 13120.

The noise emission of electrically operated shutters and exterior blinds is not considered a relevant hazard health and safety requirements. Therefore, this European Standard does not contain any specific requirements regarding the noise health and safety target.
