Prepare a test solution by mixing 10 g of seven types of test powder in 50 mL of water. Spray this solution evenly onto the sample plate of a car wash tester. With the water provided, run the tester for 1 minute to allow the dust to adhere to the brush.

For comparison with a 50 100 mm test specimen, place a soft polyvinyl chloride sheet of the same size on the specimen table and evenly distribute 0.1 g of foundry sand (particle size: 150 - 210 m) over the test specimens.

Run the tester for 1 minute with the supplied water. After the procedure is complete, remove the test specimens and compare the scratch conditions on the specimen surfaces with the reference sheet made of soft polyvinyl chloride material.
