Composite material testing capabilities

We have the skills in all mechanical, non-destructive, chemical and physical tests needed to qualify your composites. We also offer environmental testing services to evaluate mechanical, thermal and chemical effects on composites.

Composite Material Selection and Qualification

Our composite testers can help generate requirement documents on material properties to support the material selection process. We do all the necessary composite tests and characterization and write the proficiency report and material specifications and standards. Our clean room facilities are used in the production of test panels with wet flooring, injection and autoclave curing.

Production Process Development

Our composite testing experience includes optimization of prepreg, wet placement, RTM and resin infusion techniques to ensure product quality. We can also provide written processing specifications and instructions.

Repair Technology

We can provide composite repair on products when they are in production and service. The repair procedure may include inspection and preparation, material selection, repair performance and validation using non-destructive testing (NDT) as part of our general composite testing service.
