This document does not apply to machines mounted on site, three-phase commutator motors, single-phase machines, three-phase machines operating in single-phase systems, vertical water power generators, turbine generators greater than 20 MW and machines with magnetic bearings or series.
The measured variables are the vibration displacement and vibration velocity in the machine bearings, where there is the vibration displacement in or near the machine bearings.
