EUROLAB laboratory provides testing and compliance services within the scope of EN 10217-1 standard. This part of EN 10217 specifies the technical delivery conditions for two grades TR1 and TR2 of welded pipes of circular cross section made of non-alloy quality steel and with the specified room temperature characteristics.
The elements to be identified and reported will be those specified. The selection of an appropriate physical or chemical analytical method for analysis will be at the discretion of the manufacturer. In case of disagreement, the method used will be agreed between the manufacturer and the buyer, taking into account CR 10261.
This annex does not override previous welding procedures that have been qualified or approved to meet national standards or specifications, provided that the content of the requirements is met and that previous procedure qualifications or approvals are relevant to the applications and production runs to which they will be applied.
