Equipment is acceptable when none of the oscillating levels of structure-induced vibrational acceleration measured using accelerometers at the designated location exceed the applicable structure-induced acceptance criteria.
This standard is designed to be used for equipment acquisition testing. This standard also specifies specific warning sign requirements and drawing and manual information requirements for ship equipment.
