In principle, higher FAME contents can also be analyzed when diluted; however, no precision data is currently available for results outside the specified range.
This test method has been verified to be applicable to samples containing YAME conforming to EN 14214 or EN 14213.

Reliable quantitative results are only obtained if the samples do not contain significant amounts of other interfering components, particularly esters and other carbonyl compounds with absorption. If such interfering components are present, this test method is expected to produce higher values.
