Liquids and Fuel Tests

Fuel Systems and Components Testing

Our fuel systems and component testing department has all kinds of facilities and expert teams for the development and qualification of fuel line components and subsystems.

Yakıt Sistemleri ve Bileşenleri Testi

Any device or subsystem that is part of an engine or fuel system - fuel pumps, hydro-mechanical fuel controls and shut-off valves - requires RTCA DO-810 environmental compliance testing for airborne equipment or Mil-STD 160G environment.

Fuel Component Test Facility Technical Specifications

  • 2.500 gallon fuel capacity in the main tank and an additional 900 gallon hot fuel tank for fast fuel temperature transitions
  • Fuel super cooling with three 65 ton cooling systems with cooling capacity below -30 ° F
  • To further increase fuel heating capacity up to 135 °
Fuel polishing capacity according to NAS Level 2 cleaning standards (Standard is NAS Class 5)
  • Three separate fuel component test cycles with flow capacities ranging from 350 to 800 gpm
  • Ability to combine loops for higher flow rates as well as fuel flow temperature rise
  • Thermal conditioning systems for creating and switching ambient conditions around the test product as fuel with temperature conditional flows.
  • Including the ability to increase fuel temperatures at a different rate than ambient temperatures
  • Modules to allow simultaneous installations in the same facility
  • Enough space for future expansion and changes
  • The most advanced DAC and control system
