If you are trading with Canada and selling your product there, you must comply with the applicable nationally acceptable CSA standards. EUROLAB can evaluate and test your product, assist you in the certification process and allows you to certify your product according to CSA standards.
The Canadian Standards Council (SCC) regulates all electrical products in Canada in accordance with third-party safety of these products certified by an SCC accredited laboratory. A manufacturer may wish to test and certify their products in an accredited laboratory. We perform all certification tests and factory audits according to CSA standards.
You have two different options for product certification in Canada. These are as follows:
Canada Field Label Evaluation: This is a customized field certification service performed in a limited number of units at the final installation site. Products are evaluated against all requirements of the current CSA or other standard (s). For products deemed to comply with applicable requirements, a Field Label Report and a controlled number of serial labels bearing the certification mark will be issued.
List / Certification Evaluation: While the product itself will be evaluated and tested for compliance with appropriate CSA or other standards, the manufacturer must also be able to demonstrate a Quality Control system to ensure that all future products continue to comply. This process includes: An Initial Customer Practice / Quality System Review, Initial Factory Audit and ongoing quarterly reviews.
Product Testing and Evaluation: A sample of your product and supporting documents will be evaluated and tested against current safety standards.
First Factory Inspection: An Initial Factory Inspection will be carried out just before your first certificate is issued. This is done only once.
Annual Listing Fees: Annual listing fees may vary, please contact us for these fees.
Quarterly Inspections: Quarterly inspections or follow-up visits will be made at each manufacturing facility. During these visits, the inspector, among other things, is involved in production line tests, quality procedures and documentation, product revisions, necessary marks, etc. It makes.
